Farmington Elementary School marked a milestone this year, celebrating 50 years of educating students in the community. To honor this special occasion, the school hosted a celebration on Nov. 14, featuring a program and open house.
The evening began with a reception, exclusively for former faculty and staff members to reconnect and reminisce about their time at the school. Following the reception, the public was invited to join in the festivities.
Guests had the opportunity to walk through the school's history, exploring five decades of photos, stories and memories. The open house also included games, refreshments and displays showcasing the school’s impact on the community over the years.
“We were thrilled to celebrate 50 years of learning, growth and community at Farmington Elementary,” said Principal Sandra Carmony. “This was a wonderful opportunity for past and present students, families and staff to come together and honor the school’s shared history.”
